I have a question to ANYONE who has ever made a pot of coffee...I have a 12 cupper-and fill the water to the "12" cup line. The coffee maker in doing just fine. It's all done -and I notice it only gave me back 10 cups of coffee.(I believe that at this point I really NEED that cup of coffee. Now I don't profess to knowing a whole bunch-but when 12 cups of water go in...shouldn't 12 cups come back out??? Where does that extra 2 cups go?I have unplugged the coffee maker and shook it out over the sink...and nothing comes out. I have looked in back for a drain hole(with drainline of course)that lets 2 cups run down the drain.Alas-NOTHING! So I have been keeping an eye on that coffee maker, because I figure in about 6 days-it owes ME a full 12 cups of coffee. I think there is a little water thief enclosed with every coffee maker sold-and they get a kick back for water to coffee ratio. Who knows why there is a "prma press setting on an iron"? What dog can read a sign that says "seeing eye dogs only"...the person being quided can't. What the heck is a "Theosaures"? How come when I get home-my cats are sitting at the computer-and they shut it off when they hear me turn the key,and then run for the hills? Are they checking out "New Owners for Cats" in the classifieds? Why won't my can opener work on ALL cans?Is there some secret they don't want us to know?Or do they want us to buy 30 different openers,to fit 30 different cans? These are questions that run through my mind sometimes.(I know-BUT THAT COFFEE MAKER IS MAKEING ME CRAZY!)
HOW COME I CAN'T GET THE CAP OFF A CHILD PROOF BOTTLE-AND HAVE TO TAKE A HAMMER TO IT?WHEN I WANT APSRIN FOR A HEADACH-I DON'T WANT A WORSE ONE ATTEMPTING TO GET APSRIN FOR THAT HEADACH!!!!(or for hitting my finger with the hammer in the attempt.) I'm losin' it I guess...must be old age.BUT...this is the first share that I have not copied and forwarded...but ask just for my own sanity.(what's SANITY now adays?) Thank you for listening to me rant and question life-now I have to get the Dogs away for the TV-they have been watching "Lassie" reruns for 4 hours now-and if I hear that "Lassie" song one more time-It's gonna get ugly around here.FYI-Lassie was a girl.POOR Timmy-misled all them years...and people want to know why child actors are screwed up as adults?DUH...THINK ABOUT IT- they probally own a coffee maker. That's where it all starts...
