As Care2 members, you know we have a lot of really great areas of our website. It’s something we pride ourselves in, but it actually creates a challenge for us. How do we make it easy for our members to quickly get to the content they want, but not have the navigation be overwhelming? How do we let brand new visitors know all the great things we have to offer?

In order to address these challenges, we are testing a change to our Care2 navigation bar. We want your feedback in the form of an online usability study.

Share Your Input

In the usability study, you will be asked to perform a series of tasks.

Follow the instructions, and as you complete these tasks, your mouse movements will be recorded through the user testing website, and comments will be recorded (via computer microphone or telephone). The test only takes about 15 minutes and is as simple as using a browser.

Get Butterfly Rewards

We will award 1,000 butterfly rewards to members that participate in the test. Only a limited number of people will be able to participate in the usability study due to budgetary constraints, so if you are interested in participating, please email usabilitytests@care2.com

Or Voice Your Opinion & Earn Rewards Through a Survey

If you still want to help & get a preview, but can’t participate in the test, please take our survey.

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2011_care2nav

We will award 500 butterfly rewards for those members that complete the survey.

Please note: you must be a Care2 Member to receive butterfly rewards.
