January is always a great time to reflect on our lives and add Goodness into our daily routines — whether it’s a New Year’s Resolution or a promise to ourselves. Our amazing Healthy Living bloggers have offered several ways to live a healthier and greener 2012. We also plan to continue to inspire you to commit Random Acts of Caring in your daily lives and inspire others to do the same.

There are so many little things to do to make someone's day or week. Or even just to make their hour better. People think that you can't make a difference in someone's life or improve a mood in minor ways but it is possible.
I need to do more little things for other people.
