Bachmann’s Alternate State (Of The Union)

The Republican response to a Democratic president’s State of the Union Address has been the make or break point for many rising political stars’ carreers (Bobby Jindal, anyone?).  It’s where the party puts their best and their brightest.

Which is probably why the Republican’s aren’t giving the official rebuttal to Minnesota Congresswoman Michele Bachmann.  Instead, she’ll be doing one at the request of the Tea Party.

Via Fox News:

Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., won’t be the only Republican giving a rebuttal to the president’s State of the Union Address Tuesday night.

A Tea Party website points to an alternate rebuttal offered by Rep. Michele Bachmann, R-Minn.

“Congresswoman Michele Bachmann has confirmed with us that she will broadcast her response to Barack Obama’s State Of The Union address this Tuesday,” a post on the website said. “You’ll be able to watch her rebut Obama via her address which will be broadcast on our website TeaPartyExpress.org.”

Bachmann used to have a tendancy towards spectacle when it comes to the State of the Union, having been best known for her long, lingering hold on President George W. Bush during her first term.

She is an absolute liar, just like Sarah Palin. It is sad that they allow a crazy ignorant women like her to address the nation in any capacity.

Michele Bachmann is proof positive that severe mental illness not be an obstacle to a life in politics. She has nothing of interest to say that anyone with a shred of sanity would ever want to hear.

Kind of makes me ashamed to be a Bachmann. Dear God, please don't make her related to me.

This woman is just as scary as Palin. Repug women leaders must be drinking some kind of bad water or something to go as nuts as most seem to be. Peace Out

It is amusing -- but more than a bit scary -- when sideshow geeks are embraced as :"leaders."

Remember: Keep your friends close and your enemies closer! One can not disregard these people. Charles and David Koch, America's richest brothers are the heart and soul of funding the Tea Party movement. We may dismiss them as being "wackos' but many people are voting for them. Remember, the democrats just lost 63 seats in the House and 5 in the Senate. The Fundamental Christian movement is a multi layed corporate endeavor out to destroy the freedoms of America. With the likes of Rush Limbaugh, hiding behind the caveat of being an entertainer and disgracing our 1st Amendment Right, WE have to stay informed. I am disgusted at the hienous underbelly of their secret agenda and even more frightened at the masses who have been seduced by their lies. For added entertainment of the Fundamental Christian Movement, look up Rachel Maddow Show: C Street part 2. Further evidence of how important staying informed really is.
