Blueberries “Faked” In Common Processed Foods (Video)

There are few things in this world more delicious or healthy than a ripe blueberry.

Tasty blueberries are the perfect complement to pancakes, muffins, bagels, and cereal, but if you’re taking a shortcut and buying processed versions of these products in the store, it’s likely you’re eating a little ball of chemicals instead of a dried berry.

In the video below, investigative journalist Mike Adams exposes the deceptive chemical ingredients and dishonest marketing of “blueberry” products from big-name food and cereal companies.

The blueberries, it turns out, are made from artificial colors, hydrogenated oils and liquid sugars.

Sometimes it's pretty obvious that some fruits are in poor condition when they are simply sprinkled in and advertised heavily.

And BTW - why are y'all relying on the FDA to take care of us? Corporate money turns a blind eye. Wake up and educate yourself. That's why we have the internet now, and labels on food. Don't leave it to a bunch of strangers - you're not a child!

OK - editing is a good thing when ranting - you come across as less idiotic! :P

"Read the ingredients" - duh! That people just believe what the front of a box says, almost deserve to be fooled. Don't eat this crap period! Eats fresh whole foods and stop buying premade crap in boxes! And I mean all that other "wholesome" company food. It is all processed sugary, environmentally draining crap!!

Just my two cents.

I am a sucker!
I thought there was a FDA in place to prevent this deception.
I thought there were truth in labeling laws.
I thought I was the Queen of Siam.
As it stands, I spend so much time in grocery stores reading labels, I fear they are going to charge me rent. Why are they allowed to lie? I want truthful labeling and GMO's clearly marked.
