Remember that charming dance scene of Gene Kelly in the 1952 musical comedy “Singing in the Rain?” Well, move over Gene, here comes a tiny Chihuahua with high steps of his own!
Actually, I think this diminutive pup has rain boots about five sizes too big for his paws. Maybe that’s why he does paw-stands over the rocky terrain.
Take a look at the famous Gene Kelly scene and compare the two. Which one do you like better?

He's got paws, they're meant for walking...let him!! Its bad enough that its a chihuahua, poor bloody thing has been inbred for generations to turn it from a wolf to that, and now we put stuff on it and proclaim it to be cute. Please leave it with some form of dignity before you go completely off the rails Megan Drake!
That is just silly -- the dog is trying to get the rain boots off, that's all.

Aww that poor dog looks so uncomfortable! What an awful and cruel thing to do to a pet, I can understand putting a dog jumper/sweater over a dog that gets cold in winter but that is just stupid.
If your pet doesn't like it or looks sad do not put the pet in it no matter how 'cute' you think it might look! I could never put any sort of clothing on my dog...the one time I put a Christmas hat on my Lab he looked so sad I never did it again.
I totally agree with Maureen L and Nicole P. Putting clothes or costumes on animals is just sick!!!!!!!!!!!!!
