1. The lawyers who handled the tobacco case were representing the smokers.
2. They sued the tobacco companies for "damages".
3. The smokers lost their right to sue individually.
4. The tobacco companies are now "protected" from those individual lawsuit rights the individuals had.

That is the basis of the Tobacco Protection Racket.

It was handled by Orin Hatch (R-Utah), Trent Lotts brother and three other attorneys.

Each of them will become richer than Bill Gates from their continuing payments from the tax.

They have no payroll, no product and contribute nothing more to society.

3% or less of the tobacco tax is spent on "helping the smoker (victim). That help is described as "public announcements that deter smoking".

The rest is used by greedy groups for their own self-interests.

Everyone in America should wake up to these facts and see the Tobacco Protection Racket for what it is.

The total worth of 5 Bill Gates would make a huge dent in National Healthcare. Smokers would actually receive benefits from the lawsuit that was won on their behalf.

Now I know we will never recover the Billions that have already been paid to these Racketeers but we could cut off any further payments and direct those funds to National Healthcare.

I am smoking Amber Leaf at this moment in time, hand rolled and rubed with a little Vinilla Essence.

Smoke rises up into the air, goes out of an open window.
It can do no harm to anyone else. It should only be smoked in the right places like the top deck of a bus or back of coach last two rows, a public bar for the men and woman after there hard days work.

You have closed most of these watering holes. In the mountains all are looking for a way to give the smoker a special place to get the trade back.
A smoke room should always be in place for the people who smoke, and those who do not wish to smoke, should be given there room for none smoking.
We smokers have been paying for years the tax bill for not only are habit, but for the hospitles, that most of the none smokers seem to be constently visiting.
You will not find a smoker laying around in a hospitle bed as soon as we come around were up, and going out for our smoke.

Please listen to my words carfully.
Only smoke the corect leaves. Dried by the growers, organicly.
They know how to dry the leaves corectly, by lighting herbs and grasses that have growing on there land in plenty.
The tast of the leaf will differ, from one producer with another, Each producer having put its own aromatic smell with whatever he has growing in plenty.
It should be smoked by rolling it in its own leaf, or shreded up and placed in a pipe.
The nicotine and tar should be left in the leaf.
A warning to you, if one tiny bit of this tobaco enters the mouth it will be very unpleasant.
The tar and nicatean will be collected in the stem of the pipe and Ladies if you would like to join the gentleman you should be a little more lady like and buy yourselves a cigerette holder,for when you tast the tar and nicotine you would never whant another one.No addiction will ever be had by anyone for its a disgusting habbit. Many of the Regulations in this Bill have been To Long Coming; However Taxes are only as good as How the funds are applied...

My idea is to Allow Freedom For Informed Choices....But Tax All Risky behaviours/habits; For Costs Plus1% at the Purchase/Rental/Service Point. Thus Covering Healthcare/Social costs in advance.



Tax all existing Biz for thier Waste/Polution on a + 10% cost basis So they can catch up non all Past Crimes, and cleanup tax, All Foreign Exploiters Till They Hemorage Money and Go to Jail for thier intenational Crimes;

As far as I am concerned the FDA is not doing anyone a favor. All it is going to do is make us smokers buy more and smoke more. Since nicotine is the addictive drug we need to fill our addiction, where is this going to help.
