First They Came for Tinky Winky and I Did Nothing: Now It’s the Muppets

Where would we be without Fox News? No ‘War on Christmas,‘ no ‘Secret Muslim.’ And, of course, no ‘Liberal Hollywood Agenda.’

This insidious agenda is there — of course — in the ‘homosexual agenda’ of Tinky Winky, what with his (?) handbag and his obviously gay symbol antenna. Never mind that the Teletubbies is a BBC production, it’s all part of the European Socialist/International Liberal Conspiracy.

But it gets worse!

SpongeBob SquarePants is nothing more than a tool of the Global Warming fantasists, this according to Fox’s investigative reporter Gretchen Carlson, who knows a thing or two about fantasies.

Now Fox Business has exposed how the Muppets are anti-capitalist, nay, they’re Marxists!

In their new movie 90 minute long indoctrination of our children, one of the Muppet villains is a nasty oil baron, something which has never been seen before in the entire annals of American entertainment. Not once has a job creator even been portrayed as anything other than a hero in any American movie.

Fox Business contributors want Miss Piggy taken to task (watch), with host Eric Bolling asking Dan Gainor of the conservative Media Research Center: “Is liberal Hollywood using class warfare to brainwash our kids?”

“It’s amazing how far the left will go just to manipulate your kids, to convince them, give the anti-corporate message,” says Gainor.

Kermit is a “communist,” these film reviewers say. Though, personally, I had assumed he must be a treehugger, what with being green and a member of an endangered order of critters.

Bring back Scrooge McDuck! Why isn’t Fox launching that campaign, I ask?

This satire/stupidity was brought to you by the letter ‘S.’

Please make sure that your ideological earmuffs are switched to the ‘Fox’ position before viewing this Liberal Hollywood anti-business propaganda.

Lynn C.--Don't worry--Mr O'Reilly was only KIDDING when he said that about Jon Stewart...and I'm sure Jon Stewart knows that...they're friends, and give each other the business all the time. I guess it kind of helps ratings too in a way, because some people probably watch both to see what they're going to come up with next.

Anything can be twisted to serve a purpose. Must have been a slow news day. I ,personally was relieved to be able to sit down ,with a group of all ages ,and not worry about nudity, sex , swearing and / or violence , disturbing our enjoyment.

the muppet movies have always been a bit twisted and have always taken sarcastic digs at the establishment. Who gets to say that the muppets have to be one way or another? Isn't that up to their originators? The public does not have to go see them. Sheesh....GO GROVER!!

I love the title of this piece!

I HATE the subject! What in HELL is happening to the intellect of American citizens? Faux Noise is just unbelievable!

Of course, we already know that....but they're demonstrating it, once again!

And don't forget Spongebob promoting 'the gay agenda' - whatever that is - and Harry Potter turning people on to witchcraft.
Excuse me - I have to go tend to my cauldron....

The rude boys don't want any one, in any way, to see what they are doing. So any thing that shows the 'stuff' they are doing, is going to get reticuled.

Just saw a great Jon Stewart reply to O' Riley's statement that Jon was going to Hell...
Jon said as part of his job he watches 8 hours of Fox ..."I'm already IN HELL"!
