MLB Player And Wife Help Save Dog Shot By Arrow (VIDEO)

Mark Buehrle, pitcher for the Chicago White Sox, and wife, Jamie, donated $3,000 to save a dog found in their hometown of St. Louis with an arrow in her abdomen just in time for Christmas last year.

Sweetest and compassionate thing to do for people in positions that can make a positive difference! Hope the dog has a permanent home. Awareness is so very important to safe animals from abuse/neglect and cruelty.
