“The View” Hosts Walk Off Set Thanks to O’Reilly [VIDEO]

What happens when conservative pundit Bill O’Reilly starts declaring Muslims attacked on 9/11?  If you are watching “The View” you lose two co-hosts, as Whoopi Goldberg and Joy Behar walk off in disgust.  They later return once he states he was “inartful in explaining” that he meant Muslim extremists, not all Muslims, but the conversation remains extremely combative.

He was terribly wrong with what he said not once but repeatedly, until he was shouted down. I don't blame those who chose to walk out for a breath of air and probably counted to 10 several times. Better to do this than say things regretful. They didn't leave the building, they returned after he somewhat clarified and apologised, and rightly so. It is extremely sad that somehow every single God loving Muslim is made out to be a sinister terrorist, for the actions of a few genuine deranged heinous people, using the same name. How quickly we chose not to blame every Christian for the revolting barbaric terror that have happened throughout history and still happening in some areas to some degree? We are all individuals that have choice, some use that choice for the good of humanity and sadly a few don't. Please don't lump everyone in the same category.

@Nancy: Muslims do rebut the extremists but the journalists aren't interested in reporting our comments.

only a coward would walk off the set. If you don't agree, then state your rebuttal position. PS, O'Reilly is not some right wing nut, he lambasts the far right as much as he does the far left. Is he comative? Sure sometimes he is. Is he wrong sometimes? Of course. But the only hate speech I hear are the people demonizing him, most of whom have never or rarely seen his show. What is really amazing, is the nuts that are just now commenting, this happened last year. Did you just come out of suspended animation like Captain America?

When someone says something so wrong and inciting hatred, especially on national TV, they must be called on it. By walking out on O'Reilly they took away his audience of two and made a point; the others chose to stay and "discuss" it. He backed down, but did it really change his thoughts? Probably not nor those of his followers.

What really 'tees' me off is that we never, never hear any supposidly sane and humane Muslims condemning their extremiest/monsters/ who repeatedly even murder and maim those of their own religion.........just because they are a different type of Muslim.............I can't remember??? Was there a time when Christians murdered other Christians??? Oh yea, the Catholics murdering the Protestants...........As for me, oft times I wonder if 'religion' is even necessary. We should just live ty the 'Golden Rule"........after all, aren't we all human beings??? HUM, guess that is questionable.

If you are preaching HATE your comments hold no value to me..... those that preach hatred in God's name are blasphemous.
