The Koch Bros Plan To Take Down Health Care Reform

The Koch Bros Plan To Take Down Health Care Reform

While the intellectual battle waged inside the Supreme Court over the constitutionality of health care reform, it was outside where the political battle really took off. And who is at the center of the political battle? The Koch brothers.

Conservative billionaire brothers have sent the surrogates, the Americans for Prosperity, to rally against the bill. The protest featured notorious anti-health care crusaders like Rep. Michele Bachmann and Sens. Jim DeMint and Rand Paul and will do little, if anything, to impact the actual deliberations of the Court.

Of course that’s not the point as Robert Greenwald points out. With the Koch brothers funding group after group to “protest” health care reform the astro-tufers’ goal is to control the political narrative and to alter public perception of the bill. After all, this is why the Kochs created and funded the Tea Party.

Their interest in the litigation though goes beyond just the optics of it all. One of the challengers is the suit, the National Federation of Independent Businesses as received over $88,000 from a Koch controlled charitable foundation. And they are heavy funders of the amicus organizations as well.

As the arguments and analysis unfold, remember that the opposition to this bill started, and is continuously funded by, men who believe our democracy is theirs to buy.

The Kochroaches suck! These Corporate vampires are parasites on the US Capitalist system. Their evil T-Party neo-cons feed off the suffering and deprivation of millions of hard working families struggling to make it from week to week. Now they want to dismantle affordable healthcare for Americans. These scumbags and their High court lackey Judges should be removed from their latrines and water boarded in dark cesspools in Africa.

This is why more women are needed in politics. Because most of us would look out for what is best for the most not just those with money.

The Koch's have all the money in the world that they can never use. But they are not happy people. If they were happy with themselves they wouldn't feel the need to gain more power, and take away rights from workers, and people who are just trying to lead a normal life.

The Koch Brothers are despicable. They spout crap that Obama is a socialist and health care reform is anti-America when MILLIONS of Americans would benefit from Health Care reform.

What they don't want happening is an improved system for their workers, because that would mean less control and power for them.
