Top 5 Worst Lies Paul Ryan Told

  • 2 of 4

“Yet by his own decisions, President Obama has added more debt than any other president before him, and more than all the troubled governments of Europe combined.  One president, one term, $5 trillion in new debt.”

“He created a bipartisan debt commission. They came back with an urgent report.  He thanked them, sent them on their way, and then did exactly nothing.”

This is a two-fer. The first part is technically true — the debt has gone up significantly during the term of President Obama. Ryan failed to mention, however, that the increase in debt is primarily due to two policies — the Bush Tax Cuts and the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars. Simply, those were all policies Obama inherited — all policies started by President George W. Bush, and supported by the vote of Paul Ryan.

It’s the second part, though, where Ryan really outdoes himself. It’s true, Obama did appoint the Simpson-Bowles Commission, which was tasked with looking for ways to reduce the debt. Commission co-chairs Erskine Bowles and Alan Simpson did issue a report. That report was not endorsed by the full commission, however, which rejected the report.

Among the members of the commission who voted against the report? The chair of the House Budget Committee, Paul Ryan.

Yes, Paul Ryan was a member of the Simpson-Bowles commission, the “bipartisan debt commission” he references, as if they were a group he was vaguely familiar with. “‘They’ came back with an urgent report,” except “they” didn’t — the commission didn’t issue a report. And while Obama didn’t push the recommendations of the commission, Paul Ryan actively opposed them, voting against them, and preventing the report from being officially adopted.

So while Barack Obama may have decided to pass on the recommendations of some members of a commission, Paul Ryan, a member of that commission, opposed those recommendations. And yet Ryan tells America that we should be outraged at Obama for not adopting the proposals Ryan himself opposed. Truly, the man has a dizzying intellect.

I would hope ever free thinking man and woman on this site will please send a green star to Mr. Gerard V. as he tell the truth as it should be told.

Here Gerald. It's your favorite. I warmed it up just for you. Ryan on Lie Sandwiches and embroidered truth soup.

I got the meat from Mr. O’Reilly at Hannity’s meat Deli, and fat old Mr. Beck had a fresh loaf lf Lie bread. They knew I was in such a Rush, but he tossed in some fauxnews fortune cookies for good measure. And Mr. Wall-ass, you know Chris?

He tossed in a few of your favorite BS sodas.

That’s a good nummy kins.

Oh Gerald, I’m, so happy.

Your face just lights up when you have a mouthful of Ryan on Lie.

Gerry? Look! I have a surprise. Here's some fresh slices of coulter cake for dessert.

It really isn’t a good idea Mr Bill to call people stupid, or to call them stupid because they are liberal. It isn’t all we think someone needs an attorney for, but you have told some whoppers here so it is a natural conclusion many of us can have in regard to the possible reasons for why you would have to keep an attorney on retainer.

And frankly I don’t think any of us care what reasons you might have used an attorney for.

8:22PM PDT on Sep 7, 2012

Bill, did I upset your delicate anti-patriotic sensibilities? His was aren’t Marxist, or ultra liberal.
The only person in this discussion between the two of us that is on a high horse is and has been only and ever you. I am going to save this line from you Mr Bill the one here where you finally openly admit you are a bigot.
Listen up.

Bill Reese says it live on Care2 “Yes, I am a bigot”

You have been denying that for weeks Mr Bill. Thanks for finally owning up to it.

As for me I am not a bigot, and there isn’t one thing you can point to that indicates I am or have ever been.

But we now have you on record admitting that is what you are.

Thank you Bill, for finally being honest about something for a change.

Also, I would have to disagree with you about 90% of the posters here being bigots. I’d put it at 20% maybe.

Just goes to show the readers how stupid some of their Liberal friends are when all they think of is a company needs lawyers because of something they did wrong. Well for your information, we used lawyers for non-disclosure agreements, writing contract or checking those we write, we use lawyers to sell real property, and real estate, they are also used to write or change Corporate resolutions, and the Articles of incorporation. Many documents must have a Corporate attorney sign for the company, under different circumstances.
Now, that we have established the fact that our in-house attorney did more than defend idiots trying to sue my company, I will list several instances that we used our Attorney to our benefit.
1) My brother crashed in a contract helicopter in 1980 and broke three vertebra, we had to use an attorney bring suit against the helicopter insurance company. 2) We used an attorney to take the IRS to court in the early 1970's, and we were on all the main stream news networks from coast to coast. (we won), 3) As a forestry service company in the state of Washington we collected excise tax for the Dept. of Revenue, then one project we were told a major forest products company did not have to pay excise tax, so I asked to protest on behalf of our other 88 clients. I was told we could not as we had already paid their tax. The next year, I did not collect and I did not pay the tax and ran up an 80,000 dollar tax debt just so I could take it to court on behalf of

First lets stop trying to put lies in my words. I have never made a racist remark against Mr. Obama. I do not like his marxist ways, or ultra liberalism, or this handling of illegal aliens, the economy or unemployment or Fast and Furious (two American's dead) and a whole list of other stupid things the inexperienced stupid president has done. I have never called him black or half black and used race to pass on his dumb actions. If you will go back, I used the same terms about Clinton and Carter. Well, even Kennedy when he call off the air support for our freedom fights in the water at the bay of pigs.

Get off you ugly high horse and write things that are truthful. Yes, I am a bigot just as you are a bigot and probably 90% of the posters are bigots.

7:13PM PDT on Sep 7, 2012

Wow great story Mr Bill. SO this never happened before and only happened because the president is half white and half black? I can't wait to hear your explanation for this. I can just picture President Obama sitting in a dark corner of the oval office rubbing his hands together engaging in malevolent laughter talking to himself about how he pulled another one over everyone's eyes.

I presume this is where you are heading with it.

How many times have you had to use that attorney you say you say you havehad to keep on retainer over the past 15 years, by the way, for getting yourself out of jail for saying the wrong things BTW Bill?

"Fraud Scheme Supplied Over 3,500 Missouri Driver’s Licenses to Illegal Aliens
Thursday, September 6, 2012, 8:33 AM EDT - posted on NumbersUSA
Federal prosecutors announced that 14 defendants are accused of running a fraud scheme that supplied more than 3,500 Missouri driver’s licenses to illegal aliens across the nation. The scheme, which sought licenses from a St. Joseph, Missouri facility between November 2009 and January 2012, allegedly made more than $5 million.
Four defendants have pleaded or are scheduled to plead guilty in federal court for their roles in the scheme, which involved supplying illegal aliens with fraudulent birth certificates and Social Security cards and helping them through the license acquisition process.
Four members of the Vanvacter/Gonzalez family admitted coaching illegal aliens to: memorize information on real birth certificates and Social Security cards; match signatures; and answer questions that employees could ask about the documents. The scheme also involved accompanying illegal aliens to the license office disguised as translators. The defendants – all citizens or legal residents -- each face up to five years in federal prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
An illegal-alien defendant in the case, Ranfe Adaias Hernandez-Flores, is charged with two counts of bringing in and harboring i
