Stop 'caging' dogs as pets in small area flats, homes or stray on roads.

Dogs are sensible animals and friends of human beings. In general we find dogs as pets but under fed, under heavy injections and above all no freedom to move freely in at least 80% cases - being raised in flats and houses.

The PETA law should include government and hold them responsible for not creating enough homes for stray dogs that bite our children causing deaths and in turn get ill-treated. They are often run down by speeding vehicles on the roads.

It's the Government who should specify the quantity of food to be given to each breed of dog, provide anti-rabies injection to stray dogs and specify a minimum open space for dog’s freedom in movement.

This is a big problem in India and going out of hand.

[If in my petition are some facts that are in the PETA law and government is following, then it's so meager that it is not visible at all]
