History is important.

One of the most important building blocks of human progress is our history... in fact, how could we even know who we are, or where we came from without it?

With ChronoScribe, we are working to build a freely accessible online portal allowing everyone the ability to keep track of events and information from history, the news, or even their own personal research and family history... but with an easier and more intuitive approach:

In chronological order, as it happened on the globe.

ChronoScribe is dedicated to the study, sharing, and collaboration of historic and current events, from all over the world.  It is a tool for the people.

Please watch our video, and visit our Indieigogo campaign to learn more... and if you think that a freely accessible resource like the ChronoScribe project sounds like a good idea - please sign our petition - thank you so much!

If you are a teacher, student, professional historian, scientist, or have any other credentials that you can mention - please do - it would be a great help.

Example:

"I teach Social Studies at GJHS, and I think there are many applications for ChronoScribe inside and outside of the classroom."

Thank you so much for your support!

Ambitious new history education/social website dedicated to the study, sharing, and collaboration of current and past events from all over the globe!

History is Important

One of the most important building blocks of human progress is our History, helping us advance to the levels of sending unmanned rovers to our neighboring red planet searching for signs of extraterrestrial life... to being able to save millions of lives with weather tracking devices and early weather warning systems... to being able to video chat with someone on the other side of the world (or in space) - with only our phones!  From the many lessons and knowledge gathered over time, we are able to learn in just years (or even months/days!) what might have taken countless others many lifetimes to master and pass on to us.  In fact... without our History, how could we even know who we are, or where we came from?

With ChronoScribe, we are working to build a freely accessible online portal allowing everyone the ability to keep track of events and information from history, the news, or even their own personal research and family history... but with an easier and more intuitive approach:

In chronological order, as it happened on the globe.

ChronoScribe is dedicated to the study, sharing, and collaboration of historical events, from all over the world.  It provides the ability for us to collectively gather and share these events as they are experienced, or discovered.  ChronoScribe will be the tool... the portal, which gives us access to our History - A guide to the fabric of time!

History is important.

The incredible knowledge and lessons of the past (our History) are what makes a resource like ChronoScribe finally become a possibility.  This is quite literally "the Future History", and now we need your help in bringing this great resource to the world.

Imagine...

Imagine how useful a resource like this would be... a tool that gives us the ability to navigate through time and history at our discretion.  What would you do with this portal to the past?  Imagine being able to go back and see what took place at any time and at any location that you desire.  Where would you want to go... and what would you like to see..?
Would you turn the clock back to investigate what was happening in your community and around the world during the year of your birth?  Then, casually browse the years that your grandparents were born... and onto the years that your Grandchildren were born?  What if you did have access to a tool like that?  Imagine the worldly perspective that one could possess with something like a portal to the past.  Just imagine what you would be able to do...
Imagine being able to grab the world, and navigate to any location on the planet.  Then at a whim, be able to take complete control of time to watch the landscape emerge to become what it is today from what it was so long ago.  And just as easily... be able to reverse it all and see it become undone into a cloud of swirling space dust!  Could you see yourself enjoying a tool like this?  What would you do with it?  How many practical uses could you find for it..?

Let's make it happen.
