We ask your help to put an end to cruel experiments done to dogs & other animals at Donetsk University. We are appalled at the way the veterinarians and veterinary students are treating the animals.
We believe that Ukraine is a modern and civilized country and can show the world that Ukraine belongs in the European Union, and believe that once made aware of the facts, you will put an end to these horrific experiments at Donetsk University.
We know that you have the power to enforce a ban on these experiments and that you also have the power to implement laws against animal cruelty.
Mr. President, the world is following these actions. Your country wants to be a part of the European Union,which condemns cruelty to animals. We trust that you will do the right thing.Please don't disappoint us.
