Tell Mobile Phone Companies - Fixed Means Fixed

Did you know your 'fixed' mobile contract could increase in price at any time?

What many don't know is that mobile phone contract terms and conditions usually allow the companies to increase their prices even for customers on 'fixed' contracts, as long as the rise isn't higher than inflation.

From 2011 to 2012 Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile and Three UK all put up the cost of their mobile phone contracts. People who had signed one or two year deals expecting to pay £20 or £30 per month were suddenly told they'd have to pay more.

It's time to stop this - we need to tell mobile phone companies that fixed means fixed. Which? has submitted a formal complaint to Ofcom - we need your support to make the phone regulator sit up and take notice.

Support the Which? campaign to tell phone companies that fixed contracts should be at a fixed price.
