Stop Bomb Making Websites

Hello, I am not a famous person or powerful activist but what I do know is that 9/11 was a tragic event in the history of this nation. 
Now, on the new there was an article of a bombing attempt to the city of New York where there was the horrifying 9/11 attack. This petition is to end the online information given by individuals on "how to create a bomb" thats is terrifying we need a more better online security plan that can prevent further treats. We need to increase are national defense inland and outland. 
"The suspect, Jose Pimentel, praised Osama bin Laden in posts on his blog, and the New York police commissioner, Raymond W. Kelly, said he had talked about changing his name to “Osama Hussein” to “celebrate” Bin Laden and another of his heroes, Saddam Hussein. On the blog, Mr. Pimentel tried to justify the 9/11 attacks and said that Army bases, police stations and airports were necessarily at risk. “People have to understand that America and its allies are all legitimate targets in warfare,” he wrote in May. "This is why we need a more tougher national security because of these crazy terrorist that want to end are peace.

We the undersigned have a duty as citizens to make a petition that is legal and powerful in other to end national treats inland and outland. To my fellow congressman you may not know me but one thing is for sure is that this nation needs a better defense structure. The news that we hear everyday is maddening how are own country can't protect itself from low class terrorist that they explode online bombing tips that is not a powerful nation but a weak one. We need to create a law that will eliminate these contents from the computer and to also create a secure web tracker that tracks online treats such as these. Please establish a security plan that will make all companies and non-companies online to have an encrypted website that begins with https not http.
