Dogs are being killed at an alarming rate. They are being labeled as aggressive if they are clearly terrified or protecting their babies. They are killing female dogs just for being pregnant. Babies are being killed because they are young. Dogs are getting sick there and being left with no medical care being provided. These dogs die do to lack of care. This has to stop
