Urge Donegal County Council to Repair Lagg Beach (5 Fingers Beach) Entrance.

Lagg Beach lies on the shores of Trawbreaga Bay on the Inishowen 100 Route in Donegal and is a MAJOR tourist attraction in Inishowen, being enjoyed by visitors and locals alike. The entrance to Lagg Beach has been eroded by the sea and storms and is in URGENT need of repair. The beach entrance is inaccessible and dangerous to the general public, due to its 6 foot drop.

It is an area of outstanding natural beauty, being home to some of the highest sand dunes in Europe. It has been declared a wild life sanctuary and is an area of regional ornithological importance.

Unfortunately the beauty of Lagg Beach can no longer be shared as the general public are being denied access.

Please sign this petition so that Donegal County Council can see that we, the public, are passionate enough to want our beautiful Lagg Beach back, in anticipated hope that they will do something about it!
