Please sign this petition to stop Farmers Insurance and other insurance companies in different states besides California, from discriminating against certain breeds in dogs. First of all large dogs are an asset to your property. They have instincts that tell us something is wrong and they alert us to danger. They will stop your home from fire flood or any other kind of disaster. They have the ability to foresee what danger is lurking ahead. We should never discard this important FACT. There are little dogs that can bite people so why judge only the larger breeds. Now because of breed discrimination people are afraid to keep their dogs which end up in animal shelters and pounds. They will be hard to adopt and will be euthanized. It is unfair and disgraceful to have such beautiful smart intelligent animals put to death because insurance companies won't keep them on their policies. And if you have insurance they will make you sign an "Exclusion form" against these breeds so you will not be covered. I have had one of these breeds for over 20 years and not one of them bit or hurt anyone. Insurance companies are claiming they are getting more claims from dog bites and are losing money. How can we trust insurance companies with out homes if we cannot trust their policies. They will always come up with some excuse to deny your claims even if its not a dog bite. I have had that experience in the past. Many of us love our animals and take good care of them and raise them with LOVE and this makes a kind sweet gentle pet. If you sign this petition and fight this unjust discrimination together we will make this stop. But we have to keep fighting for the love of our animals. LETS NOT MAKE THEM FORCE US TO GIVE UP OUR BEST FRIENDS. I NEVER WILL .LETS NOT ALLOW INSURANCE COMPANIES TO PUT THIS ON THEIR POLICIES.
