I support the metro Farmers market because im amazed everytime i go! all the friendly people, all the yummy food. There is something about buying something from the person that grew it! Love going on sundays!

Howell's has the greatest selection, and the girls from Ashland City sell more types of heirloom tomatoes than I can count!

I realize that the economy has affected everyone, but our farmers have been having financial problems for a long time. This is one reason I support our Farmers Market. I also know that the food is fresh--straight from the farm. An extra is that I get to meet the person who planted, tended, harvested, packed up, and brought them to market to satisfy many, many people.
