Love Your Farmer's Market Contest

Farmer's Tea wholesome baked goods, and friendly Farmer's Tea gals. They have Happy Rock coffee, & Mt. Rose Tea from Eugene too. Kirk the goat soap guy and his wife run the goat soap booth; sassy "Applejack" & refreshing peppermint soaps. Hydroponic lettuce heads have roots still attached, last longer and taste healthy.

I have a booth called "Farmer's Tea" along with my mom and sister in law. We make scones, cinnamon rolls, pies, cakes, cookies, biscotti & much more. We use seasonal and local ingredients from the market and I think this is one of best markets around. During the 6 months that we work there I buy most of my groceries at the market. Everything from goat cheese to beef to pasta, veggies and fruit are available. We really enjoy this market. It keeps getting better every year!

I get fresh fruit, veggies, and fish every Saturday morning at OC Farmers Market. I also have purchased my tomato and pepper plants there. I love it and have never eaten heathier. The farmers are all so kind and full of information. The atmosphere is so family oreinted and I love going up there. It feels so "homey" that you really don't want to leave. I also love that, although, there are a lot of people there I don't feel crowded and claustrophobic as I have at other Farmers Markets. There is room to breath. People actually smile at one another and even stop to visit on occasion and share their favorite recipies for the fruit/vegetable that they are purchasing. Oregon City Farmers Market is the best!
