Love Your Farmer's Market Contest

The market is in a charming location.The people are very friendly.Sometimes there is live music.Most of the produce is organic, great quality and the prices are reasonable.

I anticipate every Sat am when I can stroll among friends and fellow community members and find local, healthy, nutritious food as well as homemade goods. My daughter loves picking out a new vegetable of the week to try as well as a not-so-nutritious, but oh so delicious, fry pie.

It is such a special place to be on Saturday mornings: the friendly farmers, the excellent produce and the community supporters of all ages, and the frequent musical talent that accompanies these mornings.

We have a wonderful variety of local farmers who deserve our support. There's nowhere else I'd rather spend my grocery money than in support of my local community.

Great place to get organic veggies, locally made crafts, bunches of flowers, Amish baked goods and converse with friends.
