I love to see the local farmers and their produce! They also are always eager to explain an unfamiliar vegetable to me, and how to prepare it. They really want you to enjoy the food and they teach me more every time I shop there.

We live very near the City Hall and often ride our bicycles to the market. I shop for lovely fresh produce while my husband watches our daughter dance to the live music. It is really gratifying to have a relationship with the people that grow my family's food and the group of farmer's at this market are wonderful.

We can purchase absolutely the freshest fruits and veggies each week from very local farmers. We recognize them names from farms we drive by each week. This helps with sustainability and there is no need to purchase items that have been shipped long distances. We can also get recommendations on how to prepare and use these veggies.
