Mushrooms, I love grilled Portabella Mushrooms, drizzled slightly with olive oil on both sides and spinkled lightly with a mix of rosemary, thyme and basil freshly picked from my garden. I grill until warm all the way through, but my brother likes it where the rosemary has been burned

Grilled Apples are tasty as well, grilled just enough to give them a smoky flavor and light grill marks.

Fish is also great grilled, just use a wet wood plank the right size (don't use tin foil it gives it an off taste), and make sure the wood is natural and untreated, and is a type of hardwood. Just soak the plank over night it water so it does not start on fire on the grill, make a bed of rosemary and lemon lay the fish on it, a blanket of rosemary and lemon with a small amount of olive oil and grill until flake, if you cover the grill make sure the vents are closed so it smokes it nicely.
