I forgot to mention that using mirrors in the garden and yard can be dangerous for birds. They see the reflections of sky and trees and think those are open spaces rather than solid walls. Consequently many birds fly into them and break their necks. If you must use reflective surfaces do so very sparingly or put nets in front of them to prevent bird injuries.

WOW! Can you say "tacky"? With the possible exceptions of #6, 8 and 11, these are all exceptionally ugly. A bottle of glue and some glass fragments does not necessarily equal art -- that takes a bit more talent and skill that I see demonstrated here. Of course, I do give credit for trying to do something original and recycling things that would otherwise go to a landfill.
