1. “No” means No. Not “maybe.” Not “I’m just playing hard to get.” Not “later.” Not anything but NO. This isn’t rocket science so I’m not sure why so many men aren’t getting the message. Start listening to what women are saying not what you want them to be saying. And, if a woman is too drunk, stoned, drugged, or medicated, that means NO too. And, having sex with a woman in that condition is RAPE and a CRIME.
2. Stop supporting movies and television that depict women in subordinate roles and as sex objects. Avoid movies and television that glorify rape and other sexual abuses.
3. Don’t support porn. Not only is the porn industry engaged in violence against women, research in Psychology Today found that people who watch porn are: 1) more likely to be desensitized to violence against women; 2) more likely to blame the victim of rape and violent crimes against women; and 3) more likely to rape a woman.
4. Avoid strip clubs and don’t accept a partner who supports these places. I was reading an article recently that indicated many female strippers are threatened with or subjected to violence and are also often the victims of human trafficking.
5. Stop demeaning the feminine by saying things like “you run like a girl,” “you throw like a girl,” or “he cried like a little girl.” That includes referring to men or boys as “girls” when you are meaning something derogatory. Don’t refer to a woman as a “bitch,” “ho” or “whore.”

There is this one thing in fan communities that has always bothered me, it says a lot about the way these people might be in the real world and it is not good. The thing that bothers me is that they seem to be okay with sci-fi rape (which is usually a form of rape by fraud) and believe that something is only a sexual violation or rape if it involves a female physically fighting off a man that is trying to violently attack her. I always get really disturbed when I read the posts by those viewers that do not accept as real the myriad ways someone can be sexually violated by another.
This is a very serious and important subject and yet I have to admit that my first thought when clicking onto it was that the woman in the picture reminded me of Buffy Summers.
Re the self defence course bit - remember keep up the training. Its no use relying on something you did a couple of times in a class 10 years ago. Find a class with some big guys in it so that you get used to their strength. Find a class with an instructor who teaches practical stuff: I've seen classes I call 10 ways to get yourself killed. The most important thing is learn so that you obtain confidence but still be careful. I would be stupid to walk around some places with a fist full of cash on display. The best thing about joining a good martial arts group is that you will find people who respect you.
good tips
And to the trolls
1. Stop slut shaming.
2. That's all, just stop.
3. Yes, I know they are not listening, just had to say it anyway.
And To The Women Continued;
15. Dress appropriately.. Showing your cleavage down to your belly button is legal ~ BUt THAT ACTION causes a bad reaction by the men!! So Quit Doing That.. Also , Skirts , shorts and bathing suits that leave little to the imagination is definately going to get you noticed "in the wrong way".. Quit It!!!
16. Expect more from the men in your life. Men: expect more from yourself. Dont accept or engage in language or actions that condone or promote sexism or violence against women.
17. Same as #5.. Don't be using unacceptable language or name calling of an ethnic, cultural or religious nature..
18. Like #15 -- Don't be letting your kids dress in provocative ways either.. Remember ,, Its NOT just your actions ,, But the reactions of others as well.. Set a good example for them..
19. DO NOT allow yourself to be arround situations or actions you do not condone..
20. Share your beliefs and knowledge with others.. The Bible says that the older ladies are to instruct the younger ladies in all things..
21. Write to your political representatives making them accountable for sexist legislation, including insufficient sentences for men who commit crimes against women. [ and follow thru with it ]
22. Take a self defense or martial arts course. Arm yourself in every way you can..
23. Don't expect any help or respect of yourself if you yourself don't show any...
And to the women ~
1. Quit putting yourself in wrong circumstances.. If you're going to drink, Make sure one of your nondrinking girlfriends has your back..
2. Quit making any movies or tv shows that depict women in a bad light..
3. Get out of the porn industry or making of films that show women being used as victims of rape or other violent crimes..
4. Quit working at strip clubs.. You're just making matters worse for yourselves..
5. Start using better language and stop calling other ladies "bitches or whores."
6. Speak up against violence against women..
7. If you know a victim of abuse get the police involved
8. Same as #6 and #7 - Get involved
9. Same as #5 , #6 , #7 , and #8 ..
10. Learn and use the law in your fight for right.. See #7
11. Quit purchasing items that demean women..
12. Donate to and support legitimate organizations and charities that advocate for women.
13. Teach your daughters and sons about rape.. Teach them that date rape is a serious crime, making any man who pushes or forces a woman to have sex a rapist and a criminal.
14. Don't be letting anyone be taking any pictures of you naked..
Quit It!!

This is great. Thanks. We've almost learned that "it's OK" to put up with derogatory language and roles in the media and movies. It's NOT OK.
