Harness the goodness of homemade cottage cheese (paneer) with these recipes. They’re ready in minutes, and a good source of protein and essential nutrients.
3-Minute Chilli Garlic Paneer
Heat the oil in a pan. Tip in the green chilli and garlic, fry for about a minute.
Add the paneer, salt and paprika. Fry for a few minutes on medium heat, till the paneer turns light golden. Sprinkle cilantro leaves on top, and enjoy hot with bread or chapati. Tastes great as a side with rice and dal, too.
Quick Paneer Scrambled on Toast
Put the butter and oil together in a pan, and heat to just below smoking point. Fry the onions and tomatoes in the butter-oil, and add the crumbled paneer after 2 minutes. Give it a good toss, and add the rest of the ingredients. Serve hot on toast.
Superfast Bell Pepper-Paneer Stir-Fry
Toss everything together in the pan, once you’ve heated the oil. Fry for three minutes. That’s it! This is a stunner of a dish, both in terms of looks and taste. Enjoy!

Thank you...!!
Grazie per la ricetta.
I've tried paneer several times. I also like that you can BBQ it on a kebab with veggies, because paneer doesn't melt. And paneer and spinach is really tasty.
Thanks for the ideas, Shubhra, the picture looks mouth-watering. I enjoy your articles ....
They sound good. I raise goats and make panir from the goat milk.
