Thank you, but will celery bulbs do? In Poland we don't eat celery stalks and they are rarely available in shops and when they are, they must have been sprinkled with chemicals to remain fresh during the transport from Italy or Spain. (The stalks of the variety we eat in Poland cannot be eaten raw.)

Sorry, but unless this is truly organic celery, then I'll pass. It's one food that is nearly 80% fluids, so it takes up all the many toxic pesticides its sprayed with in conventional agriculture, and is one of the highest rated on the Dirty 15.
