After dinner it’s very easy to want to just take a nap. But snap on your dog’s leash and get out there and walk. Great exercise for you after eating a huge dinner, and a great treat for your pooch. Make it special. Go a different way, or go for a longer walk. Just make sure you get that walk in and burn a few calories.

Heidi, what exactly do you think dogs ate (remember they were in the wild without human help to eat) before people came along & CREATED dog food? Uh...they ate what humans eat. Meat & vegetables. Now, granted they were not cooked & not with spices but dogs have far stronger stomachs than we have and better immune systems, as well. The crap that is MOST dog food, is not fit for dogs to eat with all the fillers in it. This is why dogs are now beginning to have the same modern diseases as humans, obesity, cancer, diabetes and arthritis, this came with eating a diet of crap dog food they shouldn't be eating. They are better off with bland meat & veggies and that is what my dogs get and they are extremely healthy, they naturally have no fleas & do not have to consume or be doused in chemical ridden flea repellant. I won't put toxins in my body so why would I put them in my dogs?
hahahaha awwww
Maybe someone could help me please. Well, my dog had his own Thanksgiving dish, and has been very sick since. I can't afford to take him to the Vet, and need advice. I have bathed him thinking it would help. He has been throwing up since, and diarrhea. Any advice? I make sure he is drinking water putting it sown his throat. I message his stomach, and hold him. It has been 2 and half days, and just hoping it well wear off.
I appreciate each point and think that they are great tips for any kind of festivities in the family though my dogs do not think so! Thanks.
My lil guy had his first taste of turkey, much like explained in your fourth point, and loved it. Thank you - and the commenter - for the reminder that people food is not the best choice for him as a regular treat.
Thanks.
