This is a really interesting perspective. I thought this article was going to be more along the lines of how a clean house is a healthier home. But especially in our generation it is sometimes a good reminder that plain old getting up and "moving" is sometimes that piece of the "health pie" we have been missing. My company does window cleaning southlake and sometimes just doing the "chore" and getting in the zone of washing windows can be a stress relief.

Household Tips-We would all like to view our homes as sanctuaries or heavens of rest and safety. Ironically it is the opposite. It is often one of the most hazardous places we spend time.
