Ok, ok, to be clear, even though “the munchies” are generally associated with marijuana, I am not advocating indulging in illegal or medicinal mood enhancers. I am simply saying that, instead of indulging in some mood altering substance and then indulging in all manner of junk food, salty snacks, and unhealthy foodstuff, when your judgment is obviously impaired, why not eat something nourishing, healthy, and texturally and flavorfully stimulating. Your stomach will thank you, as well as your blood pressure and blood sugar levels. And these suggestions are not only for those of you who have indulged, but they are for anyone who might have the “munchies” for any particular reason:
