Those banana muffins have white flour and a cup of sugar. She'd be better off having a couple of eggs and some nice fried potatoes.

I sent my mom a gift certificate to a nice restaurant in her town, where her and her hubby could go have a nice filet. He's over 90, and she's 83 and still mows her own lawn. Seems meat hasn't killed them yet. just sayin.
