Yellow Dock/Burdock: The long dock taproot is used as a food and as a medicinal herb. It is a good source of dietary fiber and certain minerals, including calcium and potassium. Marvellous, so many tasty varieties of edibles. Yes, having 8 pages is often done because of advertising purposes, more space to fill out the ads I guess. Not that we are paying attention to them!
Will be picking dandelion flowers soon to fritter after dunking them in egg and whole wheat bread crumbs thanks to a suggestion from a dandelion lover on another topic about what can be done with wild weeds, so many to choose from. Sad that more are not tasted by many and ignored or worse gotten rid of chemically!
