We can all feel pretty proud knowing we live in a land of freedom and beauty, though that’s oftentimes hard with all the destruction and pain that is happening in other parts of the world. That’s why we have holidays like the 4th of July, so we can take pause to celebrate the birth of our awesome nation.
We wanted to share handmade items for your home that are perfect for July 4th but also great for year-around patriots! All items are handmade by artists across the country and available for purchase through their Etsy shops – a website for handmade, vintage and craft supplies. Lo Lankford is a recent Los Angeles transplant after a decade in the Big Apple. In her "spare time" (ha!) she used to run a dog rescue called Badass Brooklyn and helped save over 400 dogs. Otherwise? Nerd'do well, whistle blower, proud hillbilly from the sticks.

yay! These are very reasonable prices for the amount of AMERICAN labor to make them! The quilt and license plates are a real steal if you have ever tried to cut metal, or quilt. Everyone could use soap and the proceeds go to a good cause! Beats the heck out of red white and blue stuff made in CHINA!
