I always feel hungry! That’s what I noticed then I realized need more sleep to stop/prevent being hungry like almost all of the time! Another thing I noticed everytime I lack sleep is that I can’t focus on the things I need to do.

The older I get the more I love to get cozy inmy bed and sleep. Exercise helps me sleep well.
