I am so glad Obie is doing well - I had a dachshund and if he even gained 2 or 3 lbs It affected mobility = He must have been suffering so much with all that weight!

This is a very sad observation of Obie's previous owner. Killing with kindness a dog he/she probably loved dearly.
So glad that Obie survived long enough to know this wonderful change in his life.
