8. Spitting.

As weird — and gross! — as it sounds, there actually are times when it is beneficial to spit. When you’re exercising, your body produces more saliva than it normally does. Sometimes, this extra saliva can build up to the point that it can interfere with our breathing and, yes, make it necessary to spit out the excess.

Dammit! I have been trying to get my partner to stop biting his nails for years! and the one "bad habit" he happened to read over my shoulder was the nail biting one! now he has an argument lol.

I was fine until I got to the end, I had a coworker that spit on the sidewalk as soon as we were out of the office... my gag reflex can´t take that anymore.
