8 Ways to Use Wonton Wrappers

A simple and delicious snack, these crackers should be eaten soon and stored in an air-tight container. If this recipe is just too simple for you, consider adding some dried herbs or spices before baking. If you’re looking for an Asian-inspired cracker, use a more neutral oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top before baking. So many options!

4. Wonton Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 12-16 Wonton wrappers
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly-ground pepper
  • Black sesame seeds (optional)

Oven Temperature: 375 degrees.

Instructions:
1. On a rimmed baking sheet, place wonton wrappers without overlapping them. Brush on olive oil with a pastry brush. Sprinkle desired amount of salt, pepper, and optional sesame seeds.

2. Place in preheated oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until golden. Remove from oven and place crisps on a wire rack. Let cool completely before eating.
