In addition to that, take a capsule of Milk Thistle daily. If I've been eating crummy, my skin will tell me that my liver is tired. A doctor I know also says that if you regularly wake up between 1 am and 3 am, which is when your liver is doing the most work cleansing, it's telling you that your liver is working too hard and needs help cleansing. Stop any sugars, even natural ones, and that will go a long way towards helping the problem.
