Most of us don’t have time for fancy or complicated beauty regimens, but our skin could still use some help, especially in winter when it can get so dry. Fortunately, there is only one super-simple tip you need to keep in mind for happier skin. It can really make a difference!
Here it is:
Scientists have shown that after you shower, bathe, or even just wash your hands, you can maximize the moisture-factor by applying your favorite moisturizer while your skin is still warm and damp. Oils, lotions, and other moisturizers and humectants can do their job better with this simple help from you! Depending on the temperature and humidity where you live, this usually means you have a window of about three minutes to apply your moisturizer (even something as simple as olive oil will help).
