Access Your Personal Power

This simple exercise can help you to feel more confident and powerful, which is always helpful in stressful or trying situations. We each have within us a source of sun-like warmth and expansive energy which encourages us to grow and change. When we stand in that place of possibility and warmth, we feel truly inwardly powerful.

Learn how to access your place of personal power here:

Find a time and place where you will have quiet and privacy for several minutes. Sit comfortably, and either read this to yourself or record it and play it back as an audiotape so you can do the meditation with your eyes closed.

Let the sounds of these words tune you in to your own sense of self. . . your full self, your whole self. . . Remember times in your life when you felt the most alive. . . times when you felt creative and powerful. . . when you felt dynamic and whole. . .times you felt connected. . . appreciated for who you are and what you offer. . .Remember those times now, times when you experienced your own personal power. . . You totally came into your own. . . You stretched the limits, broke the limits, discovered yourself, discovered life. . . If no times come to mind, imagine what it would have been like. . . What it could have been like if you were loved and respected for who you are and what you offer. . .
Conjure up your magnetism. . . Feel your dynamism. . . Feel personal power. . . Feel the energy. . . However you experience it, this energy is always with you; bring it forward now. . .

Use this simple meditation whenever you need to feel more whole, powerful, and deeply alive.
