Thanks to Sea Shepherd's crew.
Go Sea Shepherd. Japan has already nuked itself and half the world- leave the whales alone a-holes!
Keep up the great work!!!
I agree with Debra M. We need to boycott those countries hit them where it hurts and maybe they'll stop these cruel practices.
after the fact that the Japanese govt. spent the money earmarked for the Tsunami and Nuclear victims to "arm" the whaling fleet against the Sea Shepherd, I have very little respect for the Japanese govt and the international bodies that let them get away with this travesty. I agree completely Andyoffline and Martin Luther King, Jr about the matter. Go Sea Shepherds!
Strange Japan didn't change its policy even after they seemed to have been sent a warning about destroying the citizens of the oceans by having thousands of Japans citizens wiped out by the angry sea. We humans can be very stubborn, even if it means our own destruction.
Excuses. Everyone knows that there is no scientific purpose to the slaughter of whales, just greed. Even Amazon.com was selling whale meat until we put a threat on them of boycott. How do we get the word out to boycott all things Japanese until their government pays attention to the plight of whales? And we would have to boycott Norway, Iceland, China (duh), Finland(?) Greenland(?) It is more than just Japan that doesn't care, and does not truly do "scientific studies". If they did, the studies would be purely behavioral, and intellectual. We are loaded with hubris if we think we are the only intelligent species on this planet. It may be that whales are more intelligent, but in a completely different way.
Thanks! KUDOS to the Sea Shepherd & crew!!!
Thanks for the article.
Japanese are very unlikely to question authority. They are the best example of Sheeple I have ever seen.
