The "easier, softer way" brings ruination!!

this is why govts and corporations never wanted to do anything about global warming - they couldn't wait to get at the "riches" under the ice and tundra up north. They've been fighting for ownership of it for years now. They really couldn't care less about anything else. Greed trumps the planet again. Can't see it being reversible at this point, sad to say. Also sad, is that people have been raising alarm bells for years, but the people in power never listened.

It astounds me how many of the world's "leaders" have kids and how little they care about them. I think anyone 40 or younger is going to ultimately have a miserable life. I can't apologize as I have always been considerate of the earth, done little shopping and did not have kids. I'm particularly glad I did not have kids.........

Sad. Humans are better than this aren't they?

It seems we humans just cant resist anything new - we have to stick our noses in and usually damage or destroy what we come in contact with. When will we ever learn?

Oh man, I agree with all of of you protesting. What is the good here? And haven't we heard of all of the dumping that cruise ships do? what kind of trash are these ships going leave behind. I say absolutely NO!!! Do not let anything into this beautiful world. I too watched Frozen Planet and I suggest everyone watch it. I wrote to the President and told him to watch it with his girls. Idiots is right. Whose idea is this anyway?!?!?!? Jeez, dumb. NO ignorant bastards. Bastards because men make all of these stupid decisions. Mostly for $.
