Today, if you are feeling stressed, turn to your imagination for a lifeline. Just close your eyes, take a deep breath and pretend that you are a leaf drifting along a quiet, lazy stream on a sunny day. Relax and just go with the flow -- don't worry about where you end up. Part of the stress you are feeling is caused by a need to control too much. But you can't know everything all the time. Trust the people around you more and give some of your control to them.
