Happy Fourth of July and a big Happy Birthday shout out to America! One whole day devoted to celebrating and feting freedom! If you're struggling to find freedom from some stressful situations on this or any other day, why not declare your own independence by using a couple of big breaths to blow those blues away? Begin by closing your eyes and taking three long, deep and slow breaths in through your nose and blow out through the mouth. Be sure to make a forceful 'AHHHHH' sound while exhaling. This sound is said to immediately release pent up stresses stored in your nervous system while also bringing a sense of relaxation and balance back to the body. Now, keeping your eyes closed and continuing to breathe rhythmically, put your power hand over your heart and breathe in gratitude for the next three breaths. Just think of something you're especially grateful for and breathe that feeling into your heart. Remember to 'Ahhhh' on the exhale. Finally, think the word 'freedom' and with the next three breaths breathe that into your body, hand still on heart, eyes still closed and gratitude abounding. Breathe freedom in. And blow anything that doesn't harmonize out. Ahhhhh, see how this all resonates and releases? Go ahead, let freedom ring.

Yes, we are back to the same question as to how we are to know which left side area. Is it based on the direction your front door is facing (my case, East) if you're looking outward to the East. Or, is it based on going into your home (for me, walking in from the East but walking inward to the west?) This is very confusing & someone needs to explain it.
