Too much celebrating yesterday at the annual company Fourth of July picnic? Grab a full cup of some sort of 'mineralized' water that's either filtered straight from the tap or bottled water that hasn't been completely stripped of nourishing minerals like calcium and magnesium. Now add a half-teaspoon each of vinegar and baking powder and mix well before drinking it all down! The headache and nausea will disappear as if by magic. And keep that that baking soda handy if you also overdid the whole sun thing as well. Take a cool shower as soon as possible after experiencing a burn. Just like hot pasta, you'll stop cooking. Next, mix equal amounts of baking soda and cornstarch together and add water to make a paste to apply to the hot zones. You can even add both to a cool bath and soak in it. Once out of the bath, apply a liberal coating of aloe gel on the affected areas and try to stay out of any direct light. No hangover and super sunburn relief? Now that's hot. Um, I mean cool!

Yes, we are back to the same question as to how we are to know which left side area. Is it based on the direction your front door is facing (my case, East) if you're looking outward to the East. Or, is it based on going into your home (for me, walking in from the East but walking inward to the west?) This is very confusing & someone needs to explain it.
