'Dunce Day' and 'National Parents as Teachers Day' both falling on same date? Hmmm. Actually, my son is allowed to say some of the more, um, adult swear words before he is EVER allowed to call anyone 'stupid' or 'dumb.' Those two words rankle and, for me anyway, rate right up there with the word 'hate.' In fact, if there are issues or concerns with homework getting done and handed in on time, or with getting grades lifted to reflect the actual capabilities of the students, then Feng Shui says that it's time to go global, using a globe of the world, of course. These teachings share that any and all students should have some symbol of or an actual globe present in the room they study in. For aspiring and currently matriculating students, the globe should be placed in the 'Knowledge and Cultivation' area of the study/bedroom. This proactive and powerful effort will engage energies of better grades alongside activating improved study habits as well. The graduate should place the globe inside the 'Fame' area in order to invoke energies of world recognition and opportunities of renown. Either way, any student can take advantage of having the world as their oyster as long as they also have one literally at their fingertips.
