Feng Shui considers clutter to be the enemy of healthy, happy and harmonious Chi, or energy. So when I saw that today is 'Old Stuff Day' I immediately thought of successful ways of addressing an excess of clutter. One way that works well is to dedicate a half hour out of your schedule every week towards getting rid of unnecessary stuff. Treat that half hour like any other appointment that you wouldn't dare miss. Set a timer for thirty minutes and begin to clear away. When the half hour is up, stop what you are doing and resume your normal life. Any progress you've made will go far towards bringing healthy Chi back into your life while also encouraging you to keep up your with clearing and cleansing.
