The Peace Corps have been around for more than fifty year, and this reminds me of one of the very first Feng Shui 'cures' I learned. This tradition says that displaying apples, the peace fruit, prominently in your home will also activate the energies of peace. In fact, this philosophy says that whenever someone new moves into your neighborhood you should gift them with a wooden bowl filled with apples, wishing them peace and prosperity in their new home. I suspect it will make you the apple of their eye as well!
